sent out by WineLegend.com REQUIRE a signature
upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you
provide us with a business shipping address for
best service. Customer comments on their order
such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please
leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not
be able to refund any shipping charges if your
package comes back to us
because there was no adult (person over 21) to sign for the wine!
If there is any problem with your order,
we want to hear about it. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your
package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date!
If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving
the contents of the wine in the bottle. Do not open multiple bottles of the same wine.
We can't take back any empty bottles or multiple bottles of the same wine.
If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please call our order department

package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned
to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this
reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest
delivery of your new shipment If you wish to return your wine for any other reason you may
do so. Please re-pack the wine in the same packaging and send it to "The Wine Legend®,
Attn: Returns, 277 Eisenhower, PKWY, Livingston, NJ 07039". Please include a copy of the original
sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns/cancellations are subject to a 10%
Out of Stock Items
While we monitor our inventory daily to ensure our
web site's accuracy, there are on occasion, instances
where certain vintages or other items sell out or simply
are no longer available. When that occurs, we would be
pleased to make suggestions for comparable vintages,
varietals or other substitutions. During the checkout
process of your order, you will be given the option to
accept or reject our substitution recommendations.
In cases where you have specified substitutions as accepted,
we will email you our recommendations before shipping;
you can either accept recommendations or have us replace
the items with others you prefer. In cases where you
choose not to have substitutions made to your orders,
we will simply ship the available items minus the out of stock
item or items. You will not be charged for out of stock items untill we recieve them and ship them to you.
