| THE STORY | ||||||||
|
Native Californians Craig and Claudia Broadley settled in Monroe, Oregon in 1980 with a zeal to make high quality Pinot Noir. Broadley Vineyards is located in southern Willamette Valley closer to Eugene than Portland. This family-owned winery sources fruit from prime AVAs in northern Willamette Valley as well as from their own estate. The winery utilizes 30% new oak on all of their Pinots. Even from the beginning, the Broadleys demonstrated that they knew what they were doing, as they produced a string of high quality Pinot Noirs in the 1980s and have continuously kept the quality very high through three decades. The 2007 Reserve, which is offered today, captures the Broadley style, which stresses ripe fruit, subtle oak influence, elegance, balance, and sheer drinkability. This wine was released at $40 but by taking advantage of a favorable buying opportunity – and passing along the savings – Wine Legend can sell this luscious wine at the original WHOLESALE price of $27.99 per bottle. The next lowest price in the USA is $32.50 according to winesearcher.com! And don’t forget free shipping on a 6 bottle purchase! What a deal! |
