Dense and fleshy, but with exceptional poise and balance, this offers layers of dark crushed berry fruit, sweet toast, melted licorice and aged tobacco notes stretched over a long, polished frame. Gorgeous echoes of loam and black tea lie buried within the finish. Also contains Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Drink now through 2013. 8,300 cases made.
